Huge congratulations must be given to Fred Johnson who has successfully auditioned and been given the role as the 3rd Hedgehog with the Royal Ballet in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland for 2015. Fred has been a Royal Ballet Associate since September this year and was invited to audition for a part. Not only does Fred (at only 9 years old) get to dance with the stars of the Royal Ballet but he is also performing to a ‘worldwide’ audience on Tuesday 16th December with the company as cinemas across the world screen the ballet live, giving us all the exciting opportunity to see him. Fred has been rehearsing since half term and we all wish him lots of luck in his debut performance at the Royal Opera House.
